Microsoft Excel has so many features and unique tips and tricks that I quite often forget how to do things.

Working with software is like speaking a language, if you don’t use it you’ll lose it. I have always felt that Microsoft Excel is one of the hardest pieces of software to master because many of the things you can do with Microsoft Excel that you might only use once or twice. I always tell my students that is okay to forget how to do things; you just can’t remember it all. In addition to that, if you think there has to be a better way and easier way to do things in Microsoft Excel or any software for that matter, there usually is.

This tutorial by Jon Acampora of illustrates that beautifully.
