In part three of our QuickBooks invoice training you will start to see the power of using QuickBooks. Because we’ve created our first invoice we can now take a look at creating our first QuickBooks report.

This is where QuickBooks starts to get really interesting. Because we created an invoice we can now look at a report on receivables or sales within our business. QuickBooks has so many reports to choose from that it can be daunting at first. Having said that, reports in no way hurt your data, or change it. It just reports on what you put into QuickBooks. As your business grows and you enter more information into QuickBooks you get more detailed information out of QuickBooks. And it all starts with creating your first invoice.
