If you really want to fine-tune your forms, you’ll need to use the Property Sheet. The Property Sheet lets you make extremely detailed changes to your forms. Since there are so many things that you can change, you should be extra careful when using the Property Sheet. To make sure that you’re editing the correct property, you can read a brief description in the bottom-right corner of the Access window.

In this video, we’re going to use the Property Sheet to hide one of the fields in our form, and we’ll make another field default to the current date whenever a new record is created.
