Microsoft PowerPoint gives you the option to add sound to slides in a presentation. This tutorial reviews some of those options. I’ll show you how to insert and work with audio files and we will take a look at free clipart audio files provided by Microsoft. There are all kinds of different audio files you can choose from; jazz, rock ‘n roll and much, much more. They are free to download from Microsoft’s website.
We will take a look at how to apply sounds when a slide comes up on the screen. Do you want it to be manual or do you want it to run automatically? We will also take a look at adjusting the volume of the sound on a slide or set of slides.
PowerPoint’s audio tab gives you many options to choose from and this brief tutorial will give you a quick overview of those options. Thank you for watching.
